Extra person rate is Php 1,800 inclusive of breakfast, good morning kit, towel, 1 pillow and blanket. Our maximum capacity ensures that every person is comfortable, and personal space won’t be an issue. We can further add a few more extra beds and even may allow bed sharing but only upon approval and with a fee.
All Villa Rates are inclusive of full usage of the selected accommodation, and breakfast for checked-in guests.

Cancellation Policy will be based on the number of days before arrival date. 20% charge if canceled or modified after the booking is made.16-30 days- 50% Cancellation Charge

During force majeure the hotel is not responsible to the company or its guests for its failure to execute due to fortuitous events or acts of God circumstances beyond its control. Any deposit made shall serve as a downpayment and be consumed within approved rebooking dates and subject to availability.
Guests who have already checked in and wish to shorten their stay will not be refunded; payment will be forfeited.
We can accommodate extra persons for an additional fee of Php 1500.
Children ages 5 years old and below sharing bed with parents will be free of charge.
Children ages 6-10 years old sharing bed with parents shall be charged Php 500.00/child per night ( Maximum of 2 children only).
Children ages 11 years old and above is considered as an adult and shall be charged as an extra pax in excess of the assigned number of persons in a room.
As per City Council Ordinance No.133-2018 “ The Comprehensive Anti-Smoking Ordinance of La Union”, it is prohibited to smoke inside hotel rooms and premises except for designated smoking areas.
Pets are not allowed on the premises of the resort.
The villa is provided for peaceful accommodation and shall not be used for other purposes such as a showroom, or business center where business transactions are made ( interview, meetings, etc.), gaming, and other illegal activities
